08:00 AM – Depart Nairobi by safari van or 4x4 Land Cruiser. Drive along the scenic Nairobi-Mombasa Highway, passing Mtito Andei and entering Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary near Tsavo.
01:30 PM – Arrive at Salt Lick Game Lodge. Check-in, welcome drink, and lunch with panoramic views of the watering hole frequented by elephants, buffalo, and antelope.
04:00 PM – 06:30 PM – Afternoon Game Drive in Taita Hills Sanctuary. Enjoy sightings of lions, giraffes, elephants, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.
07:30 PM – Dinner at the lodge followed by optional night game viewing from the lodge’s elevated walkways or observation decks.
Overnight at Salt Lick Game Lodge.
06:30 AM – 08:00 AM – Early Morning Game Drive for a chance to see predators at their most active and enjoy the African sunrise.
08:30 AM – Breakfast at the lodge.
10:00 AM – Check-out and begin return journey to Nairobi.
