Itinerary

Day 1: Travel from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Day 1: Departure from Kampala – Journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

6:00 AM: Departure from Kampala by road, heading south towards the beautiful Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
En route: Stop for refreshments and scenic views of Uganda's stunning landscapes.
2:00 PM: Arrival at Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla Lodge. Check-in and relax in the lodge’s cozy surroundings, with panoramic views of the rainforest.
Evening: Dinner at the lodge and overnight rest.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Adventure

6:00 AM: Enjoy an early breakfast at the lodge.
7:00 AM: Set off for the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for your thrilling Gorilla trekking adventure. Your expert guide will lead you through the dense jungle to observe the endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.
12:00 PM: Picnic lunch in the forest or return to the lodge for lunch.
2:00 PM: Free time to relax or engage in a cultural experience with the local Batwa community, learning about their ancient forest traditions.
6:00 PM: Return to Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Scenic Exploration & Return to Kampala

7:00 AM: After breakfast, take a short scenic walk around the lodge, immersing yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of the rainforest.
9:00 AM: Depart from Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla Lodge and begin your journey back to Kampala.
1:00 PM: Stop for lunch en route.
5:00 PM: Arrival back in Kampala.
