Day 1: Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Departure: 6:00 AM from Kampala
Drive Time: ~9-10 hours
Activities:
- Scenic drive via Masaka, Mbarara, and Kabale

- Lunch en route in Mbarara
- Arrive at Engagi Lodge in Bwindi by late afternoon
